1. Subscription and Billing
   By signing up for Entrepreneurs University, you agree to a recurring subscription that will automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. Billing periods are based on the subscription plan you select at the time of sign-up.

2. Free Trial
   We offer a 14-day free trial for first-time users to experience Entrepreneurs University. During this trial period, you may use all features of the platform at no charge.

3. Payment and Refunds

   • At the end of the 14-day free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged the regular subscription fee.
   • If you do not log in or use the product during the 14-day free trial period, you will still be charged upon its conclusion. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
   • If you wish to cancel your subscription and avoid any charges, you must cancel or notify theJames Sinclair team about cancellation for your subscription before the end of the 14-day free trial period.
   • In the event that you request cancellation before the trial ends but are still charged due to an oversight on our part, we will issue a full refund upon request.

4. Cancellation
   You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions provided within your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

5. Usage and Conduct
   Unauthorized sharing or distribution of your account is prohibited and may result in termination of your subscription.

6. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
